It is fantastic news that this year there is an opportunity to see Stephen K. Amos more than once. His new chat show opened with a number from the phenomenal, Ali McGregor who also punctuated the show beautifully throughout with her own personalised versions of AC/DC, Justin Timberlake and Beyonce. Amos was bursting with energy and intelligent wit as he chatted to guests including Jason Byrne, (a combination which can’t fail to inspire hilarity), Rhona Cameron and The Sound of Music Drag Show. The more than merry Saturday night audience was a tough crowd to please, but Amos carried the show with effortless charm and professionalism, keeping both energy and laughter levels high for the duration. You really get your money’s worth from this great variety show featuring a diverse range of performers and gloriously resided over by the immensely funny and charismatic host.
