Joseph Pearce’s, along with its sister bars Boda, Victoria and Sofi's, have been firm favourites since they set out their impressive stalls on the Leith scene. With their Swedish style, great array of bottled and draught beers and incredibly friendly staff, one drink will almost certainly not be enough.
